EssilorLuxottica (EL) is the global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. Optometrists affiliated with EL join a collective network of doctors providing comprehensive eye care worldwide.
EL needed a solution to help its network of doctors work more efficiently. Optometrist offices use up to twelve different systems to complete their day-to-day operations. These systems cover clinical needs, insurance claims & processing, commerce, CRM, data & reporting, and administrative tasks. EL needed an application that would combine all twelve systems into one.
